This list represents SOLD HOMES (RESIDENTIAL) that have been marked SOLD in the last 7 days. If it SOLD two weeks ago, and the Realtor is just getting around to updating MLS, then it shows SOLD in the last 7 days.
Over time that won’t be an issue and will even out. If someone is looking for a particular sale in a particular week, this may not be accurate to that level of detail.
